Skin Disorder

Healthy skin is the prime requirement of every individual, as it plays an important role, in maintaining a balance between internal and external environment.

Unfortunately, several people suffer from various skin disorders. The most common of these are acne, urticarial rashes, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo etc.

According to Ayurveda all the three Doshas i.e., Vata, Pitta and Kapha, either solely or in combination are responsible for various skin disorders. As the diseases progress, deeper tissues may also get involved, hence treating them from the root cause becomes very important

Some of the Causes are:

  • Intake of incompatible foods. For example, milk and fruits together, fish and curds etc.
  • Excessive intake of food articles which are sour, like curds, fermented foods, processed foods etc.
  • Eating leftover and refrigerated foods
  • Suppressing natural urges.
  • Intense physical activities after a heavy meal
